How to get started

Once you have made the decision to establish your own super fund, simply follow these steps:

STEP 1 : APPLICATION FORMS

¨ Complete the application form in the online application area.

¨ If you need any assistance with any aspect of the application forms, simply call our   

     Client Service Team on 1300 787 576.

STEP 2 : SEND IT TO US

¨ Fax the application form to us on 08 8221 6552 or post the application forms to:

     SuperGuardian

     Reply Paid 1215

     ADELAIDE SA 5001

     Once the establishment fee is received, SuperGuardian will initiate action.

STEP 3 : SUPERGUARDIAN WELCOMES YOU

¨ You will be contacted to formalise the agreement, receiving a 'welcome pack' from

     SuperGuardian and notified once all procedures are completed.

     You will be issued with your secure Username and Password to access your reports 

     via  our website.

STEP 4 : START INVESTING

¨ Your time is now yours to focus on your investment strategy, and work closely with

     your Advisor to maximise your returns.
