we handle all of the administration on your behalf.
SuperGuardian clients simply set up the registered address as follows:

Each super fund is allocated a Super Fund Administrator. They receive,
process and action any correspondence for your fund on a daily basis.
At the end of each month, we undertake a full reconciliation for that
period against the super fund bank account. Your Super Fund
Administrator will notify you or your Advisor if there are any errors
or exceptions identified.
On the 15th day of each month, we present you with updated
reports – which you and your Advisor are able to access online.
We will forward on any documentation requiring client action, and work
closely with Investment Advisors to ensure the super fund investments
are accurately recorded.
If you prefer to see all of the paperwork relating to your fund, we
can arrange to forward it on to you.
▪ COMPLIANCE
By monitoring the activity within your fund on a monthly basis, we’re
able to notify you promptly of any compliance breaches that come to
our attention. By presenting
regular reports to your Advisor, they’re able to monitor your fund and
ensure all investments are made in line with your investment strategy.
Ultimately you, as Trustees, are responsible for the complying status
of the fund, however we work closely with you to identify and rectify
breaches.
