ü SuperGuardian has a fixed fee for service, so you will always know your fees in

     advance. The ongoing administration fee is all inclusive so there are no hidden

     charges - and no surprise bills at the end of the financial year.

ü   We handle your bookkeeping, action any paperwork on your behalf, and 

     maintain secure records for your fund in our office. Where paperwork relating   

     to transactions or investments is missing, we actively follow it up on your

     behalf. We handle the administration burden, ensuring accuracy in your fund's

     reporting - freeing you up to focus on your investments.

ü SuperGuardian will reconcile your fund monthly. Where we detect unusual

     activity, or identify a transaction that is non-complying, we bring it to your

     attention immediately so that it may be reconciled before year-end. Monthly

     compliance for your fund is much more diligent than the annual alternative.

ü We offer online access to your investments and transaction statements.

     Rather than rifle through mountains of paperwork, with a few clicks of the

     mouse you have all the information you need, right at your fingertips.

ü As Trustees, you will be able to make better decisions regarding your

     investments, as your investment portfolio is updated monthly, not annually.

     This is extremely useful for tax planning, especially toward the end of the

     financial year.

ü We work closely with your Advisor to ensure the seamless administration of

     your fund. We do not charge for the time we spend responding to queries for

     your fund, unlike traditional accounting.

ü By offering an efficient, systematised and complete service on a monthly

     basis, we are able to provide you with a competitive price. However, with an

     annual service, accounting and audit fees cannot be set in advanced, as we

     cannot know what issues we will face in dealing with missing documents or

     non-compliance. For many, the flat rate charged by SuperGuardian is a much

     more attractive option.
