Monte Engler

Technical Adviser, SuperGuardian

In early 2007, Monte won the Inaugural Superannuation Scholarship/Cadetship with the SMSF Professionals Association Australia (SPAA) and SuperGuardian, becoming a member of SPAA and employee of SuperGuardian.

Monte is currently finishing his Masters of Accounting and Finance and has concurrently commenced his PhD with the University of Adelaide. The focus of his research is on governance aspects of SMSFs. 

Monte provides technical advice to SuperGuardian clients, is the author of technical articles and tutors with the University of Adelaide in various accounting and management subjects. He also sits on the board of Ausdance SA, where he is currently Treasurer. Monte is also involved with the South Australia State Chapter Committee of SPAA.
