The pack includes all the necessary forms to be filled out by the
trustees to authorise SuperGuardian to handle the transfer. All
mail relating to your super fund will be sent through the SuperGuardian
office whereby we update your fund reports and make them available
to you on this web site. Any correspondence requiring decisions
or signatures will be forwarded directly to you.
Should you wish to fast track the transfer of your existing super
fund, the forms required to be filled out by yourself are available
on this web site.
You can print out the forms, fill them out and fax or post them
back to us together with all existing superannuation account details. At this point we
will contact you to finalise the establishment of your fund with SuperGuardian. Click

Detail of the steps SuperGuardian undertakes to begin the administration
of your super fund:
- Review your existing Trust Deed to ensure it is up to date and
flexible enough to implement the various strategies that may be
adopted (an additional cost may be incurred for a lawyer to amend
or replace your existing Trust Deed if recommended)
- Review your Capital Gains Tax Records for prior years to ensure
completeness and to set up on our Administration System.
- Review Prior Year Financial Statements, Member Statements and
Income Tax Return for set up on our Administration System.
- Process Change of Address Notifications where required
