Hive is a collaborative space, connecting adviser, accountant and client with facts, tools and support to make informed decisions to maximise wealth creation.

Born from more than 20 years of understanding and with extensive input from advisers and accountants, Hive enables more up-to-date SMSF reporting, by streamlining the sharing of information where data feeds are not available, or where additional information is required.

The platform brings together online reporting and key documents, providing a way for advisers and accountants to:

  • Share documents securely;
  • Monitor tasks and workflows;
  • Discover strategic opportunities for their clients.

Better informed advice is better advice and with Hive, SMSF information is more up-to-date and accessible to those who are providing that advice.

  • Securely respond to queries raised by SuperGuardian.
  • Reassign queries to a colleague, client or third party.
  • Securely access documents shared by SuperGuardian – coming soon.

a. How to navigate the initial setup and login.

Before accessing Hive, you will need to have an active Class login. We recommend you are logged in to Class, before accepting the invitation to access Hive.

You will receive an email invitation containing a temporary password and a link to get started. This invitation will come from hive@superguardian.com.au and will need to be actioned within 24 hours otherwise it will automatically expire.

Follow the link to login using your email address and the temporary password provided.

You will be asked to link your Class account. This step will be simpler if you are already logged in to Class.

Once linked, login to Hive again using your email address and the temporary password provided. You will now be provided with a QR code to setup multi-factor authentication for Hive. Scan the QR code with your preferred authenticator app on your mobile phone, then input the code generated to login.

You will then be asked to change your Hive temporary password to a password of your choice.  Please note, this is just for Hive and doesn’t impact your Class login.

Once done, you will be taken to the Hive home page.
