What's New in November 2025

Document sharing:
  • New, simplified user sidebar when using the “share a document” feature.
  • Expanded document upload functionality to allow bulk uploads, additional document types, and improved file size limits.
  • Full document names now displayed on upload.
 
Task management:
  • User search function, making it easier to assign tasks to approved users.
  • Updated task buckets to allow advisers and their support teams to view and action tasks assigned to other users, fund members, and external parties.
  • Improved logic for viewing monthly vs year end task buckets.
  • Task count indicator to show displayed tasks vs total tasks.
  • Increased comment field character limits and improved formatting, to allow for more detailed task requests.
 
Bugs resolved: 
  • Clicking year end tasks on the home screen now directs you to the relevant list of year end queries.
  • A notification bell malfunction has been resolved.
 
System performance: 
  • Significant updates have been made to the codebase to modernise the technology and improve system performance and resilience.
