Your Client Manager will provide you with unlimited support for that often much needed guidance.

The service level and standards set by our Client Managers ensures that all emails and calls are returned within 24 hours so you can be assured you will have the support when you need it.

We establish the SMSF and provide you with all documentation in a welcome pack with simple and easy to understand instructions.

We will register your SMSF with the ATO and provide you with your welcome pack within 2 -3 days after receipt of our engagement form.

The time taken to establish the fund can depend on a number of factors as we deal with many third parties (ie. ATO, Lawyers etc) however we register the fund with the ATO and have the welcome pack out to you within 2 business days.

Once the bank account has been established for your SMSF you can send your rollover request form to your current superannuation fund.

An investment strategy template and explanatory document will be included in your welcome pack. 

We will allocate you a qualified and dedicated Client Manager who will be your one point of contact for any questions you have. You can contact them by phone, email or zoom.
